Daddy Graduates from Law School!!!!!

On Saturday, May 21, 2011 Daddy graduated from Law School. Haley was so excited this week because she was going to daddy's school to see him graduate on Saturday. We left Mobile with Nana&Paw-Paw at 6:30am so that we would be in Montgomery by 9am. Haley did great on the ride up there. She listened to her CD player and played games on mom's phone and on her leapster. The graduation started at 10am and Mommy got to sit behind daddy so that she could hood him when the time was right. Haley sat with Nana, Paw-Paw, Yia-Yia, Great Big Paw-Paw, Great Granny Nell, Mrs. Mary(Jan), Mrs. Melissa,&Mrs. David. Haley asked Mrs. Mary, "Where is Santa." Haley thought he was going to walk out at dad's graduation but Mrs. Mary told her he was working. Daddy walked across the stage to get his Law Degree from the Dean of School and then mom got to hood him after everyone walked across the stage. After the graduation, Haley was so excited to see Daddy that she wanted him to hold her. We all took pictures with daddy before he had to turn in his cap&gown. We then all went out to eat at Mimi's for lunch. After lunch, we all went over the David&Melissa's house(where dad lived all 3 yrs) for cake&ice cream. Mom&Haley went swimming for a little while before eating cake and ice cream. We got back home around 7:30pm.
We are so proud of dad. Now he starts to study for the Bar Exam which he will take at the end of July.

Busy Week!!!

We have had a busy week. On Thursday, Haley got to spend the day and night with Yia-Yia. Ava&Ana where over at Yia-Yia's house after school and so Haley stayed as well. Mom&Dad got to go on a date. We just went out to eat and then finished some things around the house. On Friday morning, Yia-Yia brought Haley to school. She got to play on the water slide with the other K3 students. She had so much fun that she fell asleep. This was her first time to fall asleep at nap time. After school we came home to get dad and then we all 3 drove to New Orleans to watch Kyle play baseball. We all had a very late night but Haley did great at the game and the drive home. On Saturday, Haley woke up early but then fell asleep on the couch until 9am. She then got ready to go to Ana&Ava's birthday party. Yia-Yia took Haley to the party and then mom picked her up from the party. Then it was lunch time at home. Around 3pm we drove to the Davidson's house for a water get together from people at church. Haley got to go swimming and she got to ride on a boat. This was Haley 1st time to ride on a boat. She wore her life jacket and loved the boat ride. She even got on the tube with dad and loved it. She wanted to ride again after all the other kids had a turn and wanted to ride with mom. We did not even start to move before both mom&Haley fell into the water because of the tube. Haley can up and was a little upset that she went under water but still wanted to ride. So we tried it again and this time rode for a little while on the back of the tube behind the boat. We will post pics when we get them. Haley told me she had fun with dad because she did not go under with him. We were on the boat for about an hour and Haley loved it. We then ate supper and Haley got to swim again before we came home. Before we even got half way home Haley was asleep. Haley had a great day swimming a boat riding today at the Davidson's house.

1st Hair Trim

Haley got her 1st hair trim today. Her hair was starting to v in the back so we went to Hair Haven and Mrs. Elaine cut her hair this morning. At first Haley was not very happy to get her hair cut b/c she wanted mom to go 1st and not her. Haley did sit in mom's lap while Mrs. Elaine cut the back of her hair.

Spent the Night Off

On Friday night the 29th, Haley spent the night with Yia-Yia&Papa Rowe's house after Daddy's softball game. She was very tired that day because she had gone to school with mommy and would not take a nap. Then daddy's game was at 8pm. Haley was asleep in the car before Yia-Yia lefter our neighborhood.
On Saturday the 30th, Haley met mom&dad at church for Family Day. We all had a blast. Amber, Jack&Wyatt came into town the night before so that they could come to Family Day as well. Haley had fun playing with Jack&Wyatt are a few others from church at Family Day. Haley got to spend the rest of the day and night at Paw-Paw and Nana's house. Haley told Nana, "My mom is taking a long time to come get me."
On Sunday the 1st of May, dad and mom met Haley at church and she was so excited to see us. She told us that she had a great time at Nana's and Paw-Paw's house the day before. After church we all went to Nana's and Paw-Paw's house and ate lunch and then played bowling on the Wii.
It was a great weekend with the family.
